Most are familiar with the term "karma." Many think of karma in terms of punishment, but this may be more reflective of a misunderstanding of the term than the original meaning. The Oxford Dictionary definition is: "(In Hinduism and Budhism) the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate." So, you see........the meaning of "karma" can be a matter of interpretation. I see it as simply a broad example of "cause and effect."
Clients often come for a Past Life Regression because they recognize they have some sort of pattern repeating over and over in their life. Perhaps it's in relationships with family or other significant people in their lives. It may be difficulties at work/ in their jobs that seems to follow them wherever they go. Sometimes it will be a persistent health condition that never quite heals. Some would say it's their "karma" that has been brought on by actions they took in another lifetime.
I recently had my own session because I was aware of a persistent pattern in my life that was problematic for me - that kept me from achieving things, and that interfered in my relationships, my friendships, and in just plain getting along in life. I had a sense that it was something from the past.......and I also had the feeling that it had been repeating in many lifetimes. An aspect of this pattern had shown up in prior regressions I had experienced. I thought I had cleared it because I had taken steps to do so in each individual regression in which it surfaced. And yet............here it was again.
In this most recent session, I specifically chose to return to the original core issue - the one that had impacted me so profoundly........the one that had imprinted upon my DNA and that I had carried with me, in my DNA, into each and every subsequent lifetime. The one that had been running like an undercurrent, driving some particular behaviors in which I would engage at a deeply subconscious level in order to satisfy a hidden impulse to keep myself safe. In the core event, I could not keep myself, my loved ones, or my civilization safe. We were all killed. That's quite a DNA memory to carry........and it had manifested in lifetime after lifetime in ways that were painful and difficult for me. And........although I had been doing so to a much lesser degree in this incarnation, the pattern was recognizable nonetheless. This time, my session provided me with a crystal clear understanding of how it all began. In this session, I experienced more than one incarnation in which the pattern replicated, so I could understand the depth with which it was anchored in. As this session was a QHHT session, I also received wonderful guidance from my Higher Self as to how to reach resolution with ease, and in grace. This allowed me to take the recommended steps immediately after the session (see link below for further information), and I have continued to follow through with those steps. Shift has happened, I'm happy to say. In fact, this time the shift is so deep that the creation of a new timeline is also in place - with the task now being to fully integrate all aspects of my being into that new timeline. While I do occasionally catch myself in an old thought pattern and must redirect myself immediately, I'm confident there will be no repetition of the self-defeating perceptions, feelings or behaviors.
THIS is the beauty inherent in Past Life Regression work - whether it be in the QHHT format, or a simple regression format. The transformations can be exceptionally deep and quite often change one's life - at least this has been my experience as well as that of my clients. It's a major reason why I enjoy being a Past Life Regressionist and QHHT Practitioner.
Are you being nudged, just as I was, to explore how the journey of your own soul has resulted in carrying karmic patterns from which you would like to extricate yourself.................to take a peak into your own soul's journey through time and space, and see what's there. I hope you'll follow that nudge. It's well worth it.

We all have our comfort zones. They're quite individualized.......providing the perfect fit to keep each one of us *comfortable.* That's the point. The varieties are endless, but the one result that all share is that they prevent us from expanding. They prevent the soul from actualizing its purpose in each incarnation: to experience anew, to grow in wisdom and understanding, to learn, to resolve conflicts from prior lives, to create in ways that we may have begun in a prior life but were unable to develop fully.
Writer, speaker and motivational teacher Neale Donald Walsch is credited with the well known saying: "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone." And he's right!
I recently went out of town briefly. Haven't done so in such a long time! I was only gone 2 full days, but they were days filled with new sights, experiences, feelings.........even new thoughts. I was even blessed with a spontaneous regression experience from an earlier lifetime in which I had been Native American - and had traveled the land I was visiting...........moving camp from one place to another with my beloved family and tribe. It was a homecoming for me, in a way, as I watched snippets of scenes unfold and play before my eyes. And such a beautiful way in which my soul was noursihed!
On another level, I realized, as I drove through country I had been quite familiar with a few years ago, how much things had changed since I was last in that area! Yes, I've also changed - but like many, I tend to think things outside of *me* remain the same. That's probably because, living in my comfort zone, I routinely tend to go the same places all the time, and changes that are in progress go unnoticed by me. I don't look. I don't see. It all seems stagnant, so what's the point of actually *looking.* It isn't that things outside me are stagnant - it's that *I* became stagnant!
There are many ways in which anyone can step outside of their comfort zone: change one or two things you do on a daily basis, and make that change often; try something completely new at least once a month; learn a new skill; have a past life regression experience (either with a practitioner or access one of the many available via recording or online; start a new project with commitment to finishing it by a certain date; make new acquaintances. The bottom line is do something different!
My experience brought me such joy and a sense of freedom I hadn't had for some time. I feel renewed in wonderful ways. I learned several huge lessons - ones I had already known, but had forgotten through disuse. One was about how much I had come to feel the need to control the outcome of so much in my life...........but more about that in a future blog.
I made it difficult for myself to take that step of leaving my comfort zone! Argued back and forth with myself. But with the help of both EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and The One Command, I made the shift and am so happy I did so. It won't be long before I do go again. I NEED that.........and so do we all. We aren't put on this planet to stagnate. We are here to be a vibrant expression of our soul's desire for experiences - experiences that don't happen when we're locked into our comfort zone!
If these words resonate and you would like some help moving out of your comfort zone, get in touch and book a session. I'd love to help you expand as I did!

"Get quiet and listen to what is most important to you..........
and run towards it with an open heart." ~ Kay Foley in Merry Thoughts
This Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, we have Full Moon as well as a Lunar Eclipse. This is in addition to the constantly increasing Ascension energies that are moving us all to take stock of unfinished emotional clearing and healing so that we can become the highest version of ourselves possible. So that we can be lighter in vibration. So that we can become more and more aligned with the LIGHT that is flooding our planet.
Because some are quite energy-sensitive, especially at Full Moon time, they are already experiencing the subtle nudges. Their own internal GPS system is guiding them in what their next step toward "lightening up" will be. They have their own practices, their own methods that have been working for them as they are engaging in the self-healing we're all called to do these days. And what they do is working wonderfully for them..........but might not work for you.
You see, we each have our own path. And although all paths tend to lead to growth and expansion to one degree or another, we all travel at our own pace and in our own direction - all of which is dependent on where we've already been and the extent to which we are currently evolving. The most crucial direction to take is that which ALWAYS leads to the Light and that to which your heart pulls you!
The bottom line for all is that no one can tell anyone else what steps to take. We all have our internal GPS - our internal guidance system. And it IS quite individualized, based on where we've been and what we've experienced before even arriving into this incarnation. My hope for YOU is that you already have an intimate relationship with your personal internal GPS, and are following your own guidance, your own heart - regardless of the opinions of others.
If, however, you 'd like some help connecting to that internal GPS, I'd love to help you. Sometimes we need someone else to hold the flashlight while we use our own energies for the actual search.
Reach out to me. I'm happy to share all of the tools I have in my toolbox so you can find the best fit for you on this leg of your journey.
Recently I saw this quote by author, Gail Sheehy: "Growth demands a temporary surrender of security."
I know this to be true for me, in all of my experiences........and for the most part, I'm okay with that.
I also know that I am NOT the norm. For most people, leaving the security of what's known - of what may have become their comfort zone (regardless of how UNcomfortable or miserable that may be) - seems pretty daunting. It may even seem to some like teetering on a tightrope - without a net. And that's FAR from comfortable for many. Depending on one's self-confidence and past experiences, it can seem downright dangerous! And yet..........that's what's often required of us if we are to grow and expand - to follow our soul's impulse to evolve.
So how does one take what feels like a giant leap? How does one tiptoe out onto that tightrope? How can one maintain a sense of balance during all of the shifting, morphing, changing - and the sense of turmoil that sometimes accompanies that big step?
It may mean asking for support from family, friends, significant other, etc.
It may mean asking for divine guidance.
It may mean acknowledging the fear, and surfing that fear as though you're surfing an ocean wave.
Or it may mean all of the above. It certainly means leaving your comfort zone! But as they say..........."life begins at the end of your comfort zone." And it's likely you'll find empowerment and strength you never knew you had once you take the step into the "insecurity" that comes with change.
I'd love to help you on that path. Contact me so that we can devise a plan.
In Love and Light,
As many know, current energies are asking us all to move out of doing everything from the intellect - from our minds - and move instead into full alignment with the heart.........taking action from that place in us. We are all being asked to surrender to our Higher Self/HIgher Wisdom, while at the same time coming from the energy of compassion and love. And we are being encouraged to love ourselves 100%, which can be a bit of a challenge for many. This is especially true when we believe we have failed in some way or several ways.............and when we have been hurt by others - for whatever reason, and in any of the myriad ways humans are able to hurt one another. Too often, we are in the position of attempting to move forward from a place of broken heartedness - a place of still being fragmented emotionally at some level. And of course, that just makes any action we're attempting slated for more failure at best.
So what do we do? How do we progress? What is glaringly evident - at least to me - is that this IS NOT the time for putting on the "happy face" and "acting as if." My own guidance (and that of others, it seems) is asking us to be in integrity above all else. That means we must transform and heal all that can skew our perceptions, our emotions and our energy so that we are standing on firm ground within a heart that is whole. It's impossible to be on firm ground with a heart that is wounded or fragmented - or that has a center that is empty. It's easy to talk about loving oneself, but if you are empty at the core of the heart, how does one give oneself what it doesn't have? Imagine or visualize, if you can, coming from a place in which there is emptiness at the center - or worse, in which hurt, resentment, fear, anxiety, or any other form of distress is present - and expecting positive results!
So touch in with your heart. What do you find there? Have you done the work required to move forward with a heart that is filled to overflowing with enthusiasm, love and light, compassion for all? Or does your own heart need some tender loving care in order to carry you into your highest version of yourself? If this latter is the case, I hope you will take the next obvious step - that of loving yourself enough to engage in the healing and transformative work that will support you in what you want to achieve.
I'm happy to help you transform what wants transformation. Or you may have a stronger resonance with someone else. The bottom line is - take action. Transform the obstacle(s) and heal your energy so that all aspects of you are in the full alignment required for heart-centered living in this time of global and galactic expansion.
If my words resonate and you'd like to work with me, please go to my website and contact me. Let's see how we can partner together and provide you with what you need to move fully into a heart that represents the highest version of you.
In Love and Light,
Yesterday I was watching a video made by a psychic/intuitive healer whom I like a lot and whom I follow. I like his style, and what he says often resonates and makes me think. The theme of the video was "let go or be dragged." And I don't know about you, but in this time of ever escalating energies, shifts, changes, etc., that's exactly what I've been experiencing myself. I've changed the way I work, the things I believe, the entire way I view life and myself. And, while the changes have been wonderful and I'm happier than I've ever been in my life.........they didn't all come with the "ease and grace" that I generally prefer.......LOL! Although I knew I was in charge at all times - that I could control the changes and the speed with which it was all happening, I was also aware that the only way out was through - and the "through" involved letting go of what I had held as truth, as I moved into new ideas/beliefs/thoughts/ways of being. And change continues on a daily basis.
Sometimes, the changes were fun - once I got over the shock of what was happening. Sometimes it was difficult to "wrap my mind around" the new beliefs and how I would integrate them into all I AM and all I do. (That's because I was "in my head" rather than living from my heart - a pretty big step for me to take!) And a couple of times I wasn't proud of myself as I viewed who/how I had been from my new perspective.......and the Ego took a very direct hit.
But here's the thing: as Bob Dylan said all those many years ago......"and the times, they are a'changing." That's fact, my friends. Do we have a choice? Only always. We can move forward and ride the wave.....or we can resist. It's always been this way. In addition, we can choose the speed at which we move......and the way in which we make the move(s). We still have as much control as we choose to have. But I've come to understand that when I'm dragging MY feet, I will be dragged. That's how it's always been for me. I've also learned that flowing is a much more comfortable way in which to travel. At least that's my own personal preference. And I honestly do appreciate the more gentle path of evolution.
So.......what does all this mean for you? Are you feeling your own soul's impulse to let go - to allow more flow in your own life? Are you sensing that there's more for you in life than what you've been experiencing - and that you yearn for more? Have you experienced being dragged a bit yourself - and would rather flow, but have little or no knowing as to how that actually looks, works, feels?
Maybe that's when you get help. There are lots of tools, lots of helpers. If it feels like I might be the one to help you, terrific. This is what I'm about - it has been my purpose for this lifetime. And I love doing it. I love holding space for others........helping others connect their own dots........helping others expand and move into the highest version of themselves. I love walking in partnership with those who know this is their time to make changes - whether those are large changes, or subtle ones. I love being a cheerleader as people learn to unfold their wings, and as they test them - as they try those wings in flight. I consider it an honor to witness and assist others on their own paths - whatever that path may be.
In order to accommodate this unique time in history, I'm lowering my already very reasonable session fees by 20% from January 2 - January 31. I'm looking forward to holding loving space for you to do your own "letting go." When we combine our energies, our individual guides will join forces to empower us as we travel your individualized healing path. Go to my website at www.tappingyoursoul.com and contact me so we can connect and determine if I'm a good fit for you on this part of your journey.
Allow yourself this special gift at this special time.
I doubt if I'm alone in noticing the undercurrent of anxiety that is permeating our world these days. Not just in the U.S., but it seems to be cropping up everywhere. Violence. People hurting. Crazy weather. Political shifting and unrest. There seems to be a core lack of comfort that is (sometimes) palpable - drifting and swirling around all of us like an invisible fog that creeps into one's bones.
And what's a person to do? We all have our every day lives, families, personal challenges to consider and deal with.........and all the while we are bombarded from this direction or that with images that are too disturbing to look at. With words that sting and/or ignite a spark of anger or distrust - in some cases, even fear. And yes, there's a LOT of fear as well. Do you feel it? Does it crop up in your thoughts without warning - or perhaps it, too, has settled in like an undercurrent that is the underpinning of everything else going on in your mind.
There are many tools we can use to bring some inner peace back into the picture. Being out in nature, "hanging" with loved ones or favorite friends, reading or watching a funny movie, mindfulness meditation.....or simply meditation itself - the sitting in silence and allowing the mind to quiet.
But what if your mind won't be still - and sitting in meditation is a bit like being locked in a small room with a loudly chattering monkey - or worse yet, a frustrated and fearful voice that grows louder with time? As an EFT Practitioner, my default go-to is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I can simply tap on the points and do some breathing and my body/mind calms down immediately because I'm working with the amygdala (fight or flight center of the brain) and the central nervous system. You can find instructions on how to do EFT for yourself as well as the tapping point here: EFT Tips
Or that may seem to be too involved for you. So - you can simply do an abbreviated version of EFT. It's called Touch and Breathe. Easy peasy. Start at the Eyebrow point, press gently and lightly with one or two fingertips, and do a full inhale/exhale cycle. Then - move on to the next point. Go around all the points at least once, maybe twice, and you'll notice an immediate calming has taken place. You won't have cleared any emotional disturbances (which does happen with ease with EFT), but you will have given yourself a calmer perspective with which to go on about your day. Enjoy!
And if you like the results, you may also want to try doing some EFT to release whatever stressors or disturbances trouble you. I'd love to hear from you.
